By accessing or using Multipaint, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately.

1. Description of the Service

Multipaint is a real-time collaborative drawing tool. Content created in a room is shared only with the other users in that room and is stored temporarily in memory for the duration of the session. Content is cleared when the room instance ends, when the canvas is cleared, or when the server restarts.

Multipaint does not require user accounts, does not store drawings long-term, and does not permanently retain user-generated content.

2. Eligibility

Multipaint is intended for users aged 13 or older. By using the service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, do not use this site.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Multipaint, you agree that you will not:

• Upload or draw illegal content
• Upload harmful, explicit, violent, or abusive imagery
• Harass other users
• Attempt to hack, overload, exploit, or disrupt the service
• Share personal information of yourself or others
• Use Multipaint for commercial exploitation, automated scraping, or botting

You are responsible for any content you create or upload while using the service.

4. Uploaded Images & Moderation

When a user uploads an image, it is checked using AWS Rekognition or similar moderation technology to detect disallowed content such as:

• Nudity or sexual content
• Gore or violence
• Hate symbols

The image is not stored long-term; it exists only temporarily for moderation and to display to users in the room. Multipaint reserves the right to block or remove any image at any time.

5. Ephemeral Content Disclaimer

Multipaint does not guarantee the preservation of any drawing, image, message, or other user-generated content. Content may disappear due to:

• A user clearing the canvas
• Room members leaving
• Server restarts
• Technical failure

Users should not expect any permanent storage or backup of content. Multipaint is not responsible for lost or erased user-generated content.

6. Analytics

Multipaint logs limited anonymous analytics data (such as event timestamps, room activity, and an anonymized device ID) to monitor performance and improve the service. This data does not identify individuals.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Multipaint for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:

• Sharing copyrighted material without permission
• Distributing harmful or malicious software
• Using the service to stalk, dox, or harass others
• Bypassing moderation or using the service for illegal activity

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

Multipaint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uptime, reliability, accuracy, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multipaint and its operators shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of content
• Service interruptions
• User disputes
• Exposure to other users' content

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a user’s access at any time for violating these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

11. International Users

By using Multipaint, users outside the United States consent to the processing and transfer of their data in the United States.
